Mandatory training within the NHS has been under a certain level of scrutiny in the last few years, for example, the Mid Staffordshire report and Francis Enquiry.
As a result, many NHS trusts are looking to improve their mandatory training provision and improve compliance scores. The body which audits NHS trusts, the Care Quality Commission, has a significant focus on compliance training.
In response to this, we have developed a Learning Management System plugin which allows NHS trusts to quickly access compliance reports for individuals and teams.
