This post will make you Re-Think NHS Compliance Training

Mandatory training within the NHS has been under a certain level of scrutiny in the last few years, for example, the Mid Staffordshire report and Francis Enquiry.

As a result, many NHS trusts are looking to improve their mandatory training provision and improve compliance scores. The body which audits NHS trusts, the Care Quality Commission, has a significant focus on compliance training.

In response to this, we have developed a Learning Management System plugin which allows NHS trusts to quickly access compliance reports for individuals and teams.

The benefits of the Compliance Plugin for NHS trusts are:

  • Mobile access of reports
  • Management and C-Level reporting for teams and departments
  • Elearning is a cost effective and accurate delivery model

Following a successful project with University College London Hospitals, they have received a ‘Good’ rating.
