Learning is changing to a more social dynamic

In the past few decades, learning has progressed and changed into two more or less distinct forms: more traditional learning, which companies deliver centrally through large seminars and companies contracting specialized training firms.

As companies have become more confident with content creation and using new online channels, we believe 2012 will see the market accelerating its move towards more informal methods of learning content delivery, such as social learning.
