The Francis Report: How e-Learning Can Meet The Recommendations

The Francis Report, published earlier this year, uncovered a multitude of shortcomings in healthcare within Mid Staffordshire NHS Foundation Trust. The report cited failings in patient care, a system of secrecy and defensiveness and lack of adequate training.

In response to the recommendations set out by the Francis Report, we’ve put together a white paper to show how e-learning can help with the implementation of the report’s recommendations in your business.

We’ve looked at four principle areas: Staff generated content, 360 appraisals, consistency in training and training audits. You can download the white paper, and develop the ‘common set of values’ the Francis Report talks of, starting with the training and education of your staff.
