Webanywhere is a leading LMS company servicing the corporate sector.
You will be expected to have excellent client facing skills and customer service.
Tickets are handled using ZenDesk and SLAs need to be adhered to.
Experience of learning management systems like Moodle would be an advantage.
You need 2 years commercial helpdesk experience, you must be a good team player and a problem solver.
